As long as everything keeps going the way it is and my shit doesn't burn to the ground along with the rest of the state...I'm closing in.
If I sell my place off in Santa Cruz i'll easily clear a mil but I can't really count that because I'm probably going to turn around and spend most of it on some project in a hood that the techie hipsters are gentrifying see if I can't pull a mill out of it over the next few years renting it out, get my tax returns off it LOL, then sell them off after the values triple and REALLY win. Like no shit retirement... 35 just living like a rock star and shit. I LOVE AMERICA!!!
That's saying everything stays together and I'm not fucked and having to hold out for several years longer than I had planned hoping to get something out of it or just outright losing a small fortune. Pleaaaaaase don't crash economy....just a little bit longer. Everybody go out and buy a PS4!!
That will probably be it though. After that I'm cashing out and either going to build an empire in CA as the emperor of exotics
here in the emerald triangle, dominate cannabis cups and set industry standards for world class flowers and concentrates. THEN be making a mil a year rock steady. Or just roll the fuck out to uber fuckin' rural Alaska where I can do whatever the fuck I want....garden just for myself and fuck off in the woods all day.....drag race snow machines and shit.
Not really sure which way I want to go.....but either way I'm not done chasing money yet. It's the only social activity as good as sex....
