okay... so as dork as this sounds, i have tried to keep track. but i got bored. i mean, do you really just lick a tootsy pop? no, of course not, you suck and lick and twirl it around on your tongue and all that. i've determined it isn't possible to just lick your way to the tootsie roll center.
