Situational: When I am having an illness flare up, as much as 4 or 5, if my depression is causing a craving for alcohol could be 2 or 3, otherwise 1 for breakfast
I limit myself to one diet soda and it’s a normal sized bottle. No 32 oz cup or anything. All water after that.
5-6 hours of sleep to be functional.
0 I don't watch TV anymore. Read, write or video games, though I do use YT a lot for background noise, especially ASMR videos.
Hmm easily and maybe embarrassing to say 2 hours a day? So 14 a week. That seems so high to me.

I have been playing card games since I was old enough to sit at the kitchens table. Off the top of my head 10-12 probably more.
Sadly, none, they all got donated to my Granddaughter when she started playing DnD/Pathfinder with her mom.
