Once I feel that tingle...I usually can put it off for an average of 30 minutes, till I just have to go.

With the bowel inconsistancy, comes bladder. I do, sometimes, piss myself. However, what I mean, is, I'm ALWAYS naked when I'm in my apartment,(why were clothes,? )so, if I can't hold it to get in the bathroom, I go right then and their. That pisses me off,(pun intended,)because then I have to clean the carpet,(and myself,) or have a smelly one.
