How long does it usually take?

I have two stories that I believe meet all of the story guidelines that I submitted a week ago. I have heard not a peep from Literotica about it being rejected and both are still pending. What's the usual wait time? Each of mine is about 2,000 words. It doesn't seem like it should take a week. Am I being impatient?

Yup. You're being impatient.

It usually takes a week, and there's a story contest going on, so those submissions have priority.

ALso, if you open your submissions page and click "PENDING" you've just sent yourself to the bottom of the queue. So jus sit tight and be... well... patient.
