How long does it take for an author to add a thread to your story?

I wrote a couple of threads for someone's story and he said he would return the favour and write some for my story.

It was about a month ago. How long does that usually take? Days? Weeks? Longer?

Well that would depend on the author, wouldn't it?

I have yet to receive any reciprocal writing so...

I normally put very little thought or planning into the writing process itself. (you may be able to tell from my threads) hehe

I spend most of my time on the story map trying to find where I best feel like adding on the story tree.... that is where my time is spent. Once the edit box is open, I crank it out in about 10 minutes.

Everyone works differently though. There are times where I think 'I should add 1 thread a day!', but then sometimes I just don't feel like adding for a few days, or even weeks.

I look and see that my stories are becoming popular, so I add new threads, as apparently SOMEONE is enjoying them. :)

I thrive on feedback, recognition, and contributions.
