I seem to be able to be brought to my first orgasm rather quickly (too quickly sometimes), and it tapers back a bit before I have another. It doesn't seem to take too much stimulation to get me off at first, and it seems I can have wave after wave of orgasms with little stimulation after that before I am exhausted and slip into a daze nearing unconsciousness. Depends on the stimulation, and of course, how turned on I am.

If I masturbate using only my fingers on my clit, the orgasm is quick and intense, but takes longer to get there. Slow build, with a sudden rush and then done. Let's say from as short as ten to 25 seconds. If I use a dildo inside and my fingers, the build up to orgasm is faster, and the orgasm is stronger and longer lasting, so maybe 30 to 45 seconds.
