How long can you go without checking your e-mail?

Just sitting here bored and thought i would ask everyone how long they can go? Do you have to check it everyday? Once a week?

I usually only check my e-mail every 3 or 4 days.

My email is always being checked.

it's always open.. minimized and set up to auto check emails every 5 minutes.

I check mine 3 or 4 times a day. Never know when someone might send something worth reading.

Having AOL as my major channel, I check my email everytime that nice gentleman yells "You've got mail"!

My greatest thrill was NOT checking emails for days in a row when I was "busy" entertaining my wonderful visitor a month ago!

I have to admit that I do NOT check my LIT email very often. I find myself "cleaning out" that and my MSN account about twice a week!

I usually check it daily. But. I have gone about 2-3 days without checking.

my second and third jobs are via the net. I am on call from about 8 am to 5 pm daily.. some on the weekends..

and yes, i get alot of emails.. atleast 100 a day. Some spam.. but mostly important stuff.

same here, only not minimized (it's in the background) and every TWO minutes.

I end up checking my email several times a day. I can't help it, at school I'm constantly in front of a computer so the temptation is hard to resist. That and I have too many accounts on the go to check all at once at home. Even when I was away on the weekend, I had to check my email at least once a day. I guess I'm scared I'll miss something
