Been there cleanshaved. No fun at all... Hobb is right. Needs to be a nice wide base for overnight. I find silicone lube is best because it doesn't absorb into the body and dry out as much. Makes removal difficult and can be uncomfortable if the plug is fairly large. Or set an alarm and relube every hour or two if you must use water based.

Same applies to long term day wear. I've worn a largeish plug for 8+ hours, but I make sure to pull it out every few hours to relube and do any cleaning maintenance you need back there (it happens).
