how long before storise are posted?

the first story that i posted was on in a day or so, but the latest one has been about a week (i think). is this normal? am i being too impatient? should i just go watch a movie? thanks for any help.

Depending on how you send it in, 2-7 days. If you sent it in by logging into to your Profile page and submitting it through the story form, then 2-3 days. If you emailed it in, then a few more days.
