I like that blond girl, very smart.

I wonder of the truth of it... but all in all its certainly not far wrong

Thank you. We have a missionary that visits our church every few years that works in Cambodia--their descriptions are very powerful--they have been there for maybe 20 years and raised their children there.

All the times I have heard the Taliban referred to as the same as Nazi's, I had thought it was not really accurate. Nazi's had elites--they simply blamed all their shit on everyone who was not of their group.

The Taliban and the Khmer Rouge both destroyed the education systems as much as possible, impoverished all the people except the very few elites, destroyed the people they supposedly are there to lead, and wiped out volumes of the population through their regime.
Different philisophies, but, I fear it will be the same outcome.

A garden covered with beautiful sparkly pepples.
That, upon closer inspection, you realize it is actually teeth that you are walking on.

I could be wrong, but I think the Khmer were a litttle more ruthless in their purges, killing literally millions of their opponents. On the other hand they seem to have had a bit more respect for their women.

Take your pick, they're both equally heinous as far as I'm concerned.
