How fast is fast?

Here's a question, you read a lot on the subject of cumming too fast, but no one ever agrees on how long that is. Of course the stories posted here make it sound like if you don't pump away for two hours your not a man, but I read in Mens Health that the average time from penetration to ejaculation is 4 to 6 mins. Anyone care to offer an opinion?

Women can orgasm a lot more frequently then men. If she hasn't gotten off then you're both falling down on the job. Some men orgasm and then that's *it*. End of playtime. If you're one of those, you owe it to your partner to delay your orgasm until s/he's satisfied, too. I would think that under a few minutes is fast (ie less than 4-5 or so).
And I don't think its so much a matter of fast, but the problem comes in when the other partner isn't satisfied. I wouldn't freak out if a guy came faster than usual as long as he cared enough to make sure that I was satisfied also. Then again, I make sure it happens

Sometimes when a girl is really really horny she can come in seconds. Pounding her for another 45 minutes maybe wouldn't be a great idea. As far as most couples go it doesn't matter who comes first (or second or third or...) and who comes second but that you help your partner cum as many times (or just one huge one - whatever is desired) as they want to. quality and making sure both of you are staisfied. If he just wants to get off and go to sleep then there is a problem. But if you both take your time and in the end you both are satisfied that is all that should matter.

All you ladies who get upset over this, take a look at medical journals. Sex is a very strenuous act, not only physically, but biologically. If a guy falls asleep, it's only natural. He really, and truly, can't help it.

I'm sure it would be nice that before he fell asleep he could talk a bit. Not just roll off and snore out.

Very good question. I'm no expert but I get the impression that it varies quite a bit from man to man. It even varies in my case. I find that the MORE turned on, the LONGER I last. Wierd, huh. It's almost like, if my subconscience mind thinks that things will be a quicky, it makes sure that an orgasm will not be denied, but if there is a sense of security in that there will be plenty of time, then things last much longer.

A lot depends on the "style" in play at the time. If we are randy as hell and are going hell bent for leather then things happen mighty fast. I quess we enjoy both the sprint and the marathon at times.

I have never timed things but I'm sure that the longest "dick-in-pussy" time (as coined by cymbidia) would be in the twenty to thirty minute range but that would not be continuous thrusting. There would be lots of stopping, touching, slow stroking, etc.

For the times when I get the impression that Mrs. Neb would take longer than I think I can manage, we have intercourse for a while and when I think I'm getting to the big finale, I go down on her and bring her right to the brink. The falling asleep thing varies with men too. It is a medical fact that the release of endorphins and other hormines after sex can make men pretty sleepy but I guess I'm endorphin challenged or something. As for average time, that sounds about right...it only takes a few minutes, but it's before and after those few minutes that make it special and worthwhile!
