How far Should Exhib/Voyuer go?

I love writing about Ex/Voy if anyone has read my stories. It's my favorite. My question, though, is on how far to take it. Most exhibitionists and voyeurs don't end up having sex. It's almost the wrong direction to go and it ruins the point and mood of showing off.

Where do you decide to draw the line? I know it's dependent on each story but what's the general guideline? Do you ever have sex? Or never sex? Or always sex?

I think an author can write it any way he/she wants. If you can't write it here on Literotica without being restricted to someone else's opinions of what you should write, where could you do so?
