First, while standing, get an erection. Okay, now gently angle your, er, equipment down until it is parallel to the floor. Set your ruler against your pubic bone just above the base of the penis, and measure to the tip. Thats how the doctors do it.sheath said:

errrrr, my understanding is the fairest measurement for us chaps is from the base of the penis from the tummy/stomach end, to tip of penis....NOT the mind, balls, knees, toes or any other form of exaggeration ...lol.
Girth would require a soft tape measure to obtain a circumference around the shaft. Note, this particular measurement is difficult to obtain with a straight plastic ruler!!!!! Once obtained, then try Pythagorus's therom.... 1" =?????
If Pythagorus's therom is too difficult to obtain, stick a sharpened plastic ruler through his penis horiztontally. Note, be quick, the enlargened version of the penis will suffer shrinkage rapidly and invalidate results (ouch, too painful to consider).

Take a piece of string - measure your girth and then measure the string with the hard plastic ruler - Home Ec 101 - gee High School really DID teach me something. It just took me 25 years to find it! lol

Hmmm...the problem I see with volume-based measurements is that it assumes that a cock that is 2 inches long and 10 inches around is as desireable as one that is 10 inches long and 2 inches around...
