With no cell phone. Yesterday my iphone battery died, and would not recharge for anything. I bought new chords even thinking maybe, just maybe!! To no avail. I think it was tired of me saying, "I'm going back to andriod!" Which. I am. However, I cannot do so until Saturday when I have some time off (maybe unless we are so far behind I have to work then too) It is Thursday. This means no texts, no calls, no email, no lit forever! I cannot believe how attached I have come to this little bit of technology...

I just bought a lovely dress yesterday and I am wearing it and I suddenly realize...

There's no place to clip my phone...

I would fuck up the lines.

This is a problem and it's still sitting on my desk forlornly.

Easily. My flip phone is turned off most of the time.

I hate when that happens, Happily, all my matching purses have places for my phone!

I work at home and normally I'm in sweats and I have a ton of chores to do...gardening in this outfit would be problematic.

This is why I buy lovely things and wear them once before heading back to the sweats.

Fortunately I also bought pants with pockets and a skirt. PLACE TO CLIP THINGS.

I never use my phone as a phone, but it's good for texts and an audio book and music player.

This next few days I will miss the music the most. Oh, and the texts... perhaps the pix and calls and ...FML

I switched from Blackberry to an iPhone a couple years ago and have been pretty disappointed. I'm a heavy user of the machine because I don't have a home or business phone - the iPhone is it. The charge in my BB would last 4-5 days. The iPhone gets charged all day on my desk, and is usually dead by the next morning.

I need a phone, a texter, a calendar and a handful of business related apps. I don't care about webbing or streaming, but it seems that everything on the market comes with all that stuff I don't need.

I never knew how necessary until I woke up today, grabbed my phone and died just a little seeing it still had not charged overnight.
I don't use i-phones. I can get better functionality and specifications with androids half that price. Admittedly, I don't use smartphones for graphic intensive games...okay, maybe once in a while, but still, I expect my phone to last at least four years before I think of looking for one more.

Yes quite nice. Can almost see the smokey cafe with two lovers staring longingly at each other.

Pockets are essential in today's digital word

I can!

I always forget the pockets. I should remember by now but all I thought was "Ooooh! Dress! Why don't I wear these more often?"

I have to learn over and over.

Mine was doing the same thing, when I got it it stayed charged forever...then not so long at all but charged really quickly to full, also died quickly. Then died completely.

Something for your dead phone--"Almost Blue"

So, I clicked your link and switched tabs back to lit. Expecting a song, what I didn't expect was the bubbly cheery little odd tune that came on, switching back I found it was an ad...I didn't think it was YOUR type of music...I expected more of what is actually playing when it got to the music! Very nice!
