Dominatrix that is. Seriously, I've always wondered. How do you get into that line of "work" ? (yes, I've thought about it for myself although I realize I'm way too inexperienced to get into that type of "profession" at this time)

Any pro dommes or doms out there that can share their experiences? How do you stay safe? Screen "customers" ? Find clients? Make sure you don't get arrested for exchanging money for "services" ? Get out of a dangerous situation if one of your clients turns "psycho" on you?

I am very curious about this to say the least.

My answer:
1. The environment you grow up.
2. Time
3. The people you meet.
4. The person you are.
5. And many other reasons as well.

I suppose I should have asked this in the BDSM forum but I figured the How To forum was a good place to start. (thanks for the link etoile)

You are most welcome. I know a few of us do read both places and try to share good info.

First - get some good trainng in a variety of forms of play.
Second - move to Nevada outside of Las Vegas. Some of the professional places will even advertise for you.

That is the legal answer.

That said, check the profile section of some sites. There may be a symbol for your profile to provide the hint.
