Men aren't going to experience a difference because what's inside a vagina isn't skin, it's a mucous membrane, and those don't change from ethnicity to ethnicity.

Women might experience a difference if there are significant structural differences in different-colored skin, but not much of one; the vagina isn't really a fine-tuned precision sensing apparatus. And that also assumes there are significant structural differences in different-colored skin. I don't believe there are.

I think it's probably primarily the novelty factor, whether those differences are real or perceived. For me, it's strictly a visual thing: I'm very fair and have only been with Caucasians, so I think it'd be kind of cool to see my skin contrasting with a lover who has a far darker complexion. I'm sure there wouldn't be any difference in how that lover felt (apart from perhaps having different features than I'm used to), but the visual difference could be awesome.

For some, there may be a taboo element as well.

My wife is Asian whilst I am caucasian. I have been fortunate to travel extensively over many years. I have experienced women from several different regions; chinese, korean,Thai, malay, Phillipino; as well as French, Dutch, English, Spanish and German. Throw in the odd American (intended lol), and a Russian beauty too.
Tbh none felt any different, but of course their physical differences, and culteral differences made each encounter a unique expierience.
