How do you search for a story ?

Every time I try and do a search for a story I get a error page.

There has been a recurring problem with the story search function. All you can do is keep trying periodically and hope to catch it when it's working.

If you know the title, you can manually search through the alphabetical listing to find it.

If you know the author, click the author link next to any story by that author.

If you know the author, and can't find any of the author's story, use the BB search function to find the author and determine his userID number, then plug that number into the memberpage script call:

Author #2183 is Dirty Old Man (my alter ego)

If you replace that number with 184886, you'll get your site member's page/author's page. I got your user number by looking at the link under the profile button under your post (http://www.literotica.com/forum/member.php?s=&action=getinfo&userid=184886)

If you don't know author or title, you can only wait until the search function is working again.
