I'd try scrubbing the spot with a toothbrush and some soap and water.

If at all possible, haul the mattress outside and let it get the sun on it. The sun is great for bleaching out stains.

Otherwise, just get a nice thick mattress pad and forget about it. You're not passing it down to your grandkids or anything.

You could try oxygen bleach. It is colour safe, non toxic, basically odourless, and good on organic stains.

H2O2. It boils out anything biological, especially blood. Pour, sop up, pour some more, sop up again. Rinse, repeat. Rinse, repeat. Til it's gone.

Are we taking about a few spotty semen spills that seeped through the sheet during a little slap & tickle with the Lamb, or a remarkable pool of seed-stain the proportion of a weekend bukkake party?

The latter may best be dealt with by chucking it in the tip. You could leave it curbside for a day or two, so the neighbors could bear witness to your prolific spermatozian output.

The former could probably be spot-cleaned with a mild detergent solution. If it's just a few only slightly noticeable spots, just flip and rotate the mattress, which I believe one should do anyway for even "wear" of the mattress.

If you've already flipped the bed at some earlier time to hide wankatory evidence, best get a bucket, a stiff brush, and some rubber gloves. Two of these you probably have bedside, in the nightstand drawer, the other you will probably find under the kitchen sink .
