Just wondering...every guy I've used condoms with have the same problem. They lose their erection to some degree in the whole process of opening and donning the condom and putting on lube. I think the problem could be solved if I did it, but I haven't the first clue.

I mean, I know how a condom is supposed to be used...hold the tip, squeeze out the air, make sure the roll is on the outside and go to it. But my guess is it's probably not that easy in practice.

I don't want to hurt the poor fellow, but I've watched condoms being put on, and especially with wider guys, it can be a challenge getting it started.

I like what Walker said. Here's more ideas:

Look into his eyes and tell him you want to know EXACTLY what he is going to do to you...and make him tell you while you slip the condom on. That makes his mind work on something OTHER than the fact you are putting the condom on him.

It can actually turn out two ways... if he is easily stimulated, the fact that he is moving inside the condom will be enough for him. But you have to realize that it is basically him being jacked off with a condom, not fucking a pussy with a condom over him. Any guy can lube up, put a condom over their cock and then grip the condom tightly and start to stroke. To some it does feel good and they will eventually orgasm from it.
