I used a needle and some fishing line (40lb test) and so far, I'm doing OK.

What have you done in the past to keep it together on a drizzly day?

And Storm, this is not about Cheyenne and me so shut the fuck up, OK?

hehe... he does have a one track mind, doesn't he?

Anyway, I didn't realize you had a broken heart. I suggest picking a friend and making their Valentines Day extra nice to cheer them up. Cheering someone else up will make you feel better yourself.

This reminds me of my 'How to Warm the Hearts of Your Loved Ones' thread.

As far as keeping it together...I don't really know if I ever do. If I've accomplished it in the past, I can't say that I followed a systematic plan. When I'm broken-hearted I take things one deep gulp at a time.

Ya'll figure it out, someone let me know, k? Till then, I'll just keep this wall I have around it firmly in place.

Safer that way.

You don't.

You just stuff it with better stuff until the better stuff feels better than the sore spots.:)

Broken hearts never go back the way they were before.

Always a lil scar to be had.

Great, are you saying that my heart is gonna look like Frankenstein's monster?

Fox, you're full of sunshine.

It is hard, isn't it? sometimes you just have to just keep going on about your life, doing the things that must get done, untill it starts to get better. It will, but it may take awhile. Good luck.

What the fuck is this "heart" thing I keep hearing about?

I don't know... I sewed up an old pair of jeans, I'm sure you can handle this "heart" thing.

Better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all.

That's what they say, anyhow :rose:

It was a friendship that isn't a friendship anymore. I'm not sure if we wouldn't have been better off not being friends to begin with.

If you really believed that, your heart wouldn't be broken now.

Oh I know what you're talking about now. Been there and still hurtin. But that's life for ya.

That sucks, no matter how you look at it.

A bit of crazy glue takes care of the superficial wound.

The rest, well, time, freindship and always some introspection moves the process along.

But yes, it will never be the same.

Cheyenne, I don't know right now. It's weird in the extreme. I'm still sending you flowers though.
