And it's not like the other options are that disirable. Either risk pregnancy/desiese, or both.
As for tearing, it happens, though very rarely. And given that it was your first time, you may not have been using it right. As for being the wrong size, unless you are extreemly small or large, they're pretty much a one-size fits all. Though some companys do make larger versions.

They tell us to use condoms for intercourse and oral sex....they obviously never TASTED one! I dislike them, but use them religiously..... except with one very special person, under very special circumstances.

I find that a bit of lube, such as Astroglide, on the inside of the condom helps the feeling. The "skin" condoms also provide much more sensitivity, but they cost more, and some people find it morally or psychologically difficult to have sex with a chunk of lamb gut on their penis. (The skin condoms also don't protect you from HIV)

I honestly dont see what the fuss is all about. I have no problems with wearing a connie! In fact its my preference. And its not because it necessarilly feels better - as bareback is by far sensational. But one, it protects you from unwanted STD's and possible unwanted pregnancy, but as a guy it also desensitises you that little bit, and so i find that it helps in making me last longer - that way bring more pleasure to my girl.
