How do you delete a story

I want to delete one of my stories.
In the FAQ's it states I need to DM the mods.
When I try that a message comes up that states that private messages need to be switched on and to go to My Profile to do that.
But there is nothing there to allow you to do that.
Anybody have any ideas?
Moderators?

To delete a story, resubmit the story just as you did originally, only at the end of the title put - DELETE.

Then in the note to Admin, put in the reason you want it deleted and a link to the story.

If your title is too long to add the - DELETE then put that in the description. Also, you may just put it in the story text box instead of pasting in the story.
