How do you create a poll thread?

I was about to create a thread & noticed the poll option at the bottom. Was wondering how you make a poll. I tried adding a list of names & hitting preview but it just looked like a standard post.

It's down at the bottom, under "additional options", like where you'd go to attach pictures and the like.

You have to submit the thread to get to the poll entry screen...
