How do you consume Lit?

I’m curious how others use the Lit form.

I typically use the “Today’s Posts” view and comment on active threads and then sometimes go back to view recent posts. I rarely have go to threads That I use over and over again. I also don’t tend to view threads by categories unless I exhaust most recent daily posts.

How do you prefer to use Lit?

Anyway to answer your question.

Though I usually enjoy Lit's LIT (see what I did there) political discussions, I sometimes hang around other parts of this village, not just the General Board.

I view from the main literotica discussion board and just lurk around. If I manage to encounter something that sparks my interest, I go on ahead and post. If someone is being a turd, I let them have it. I rarely create threads.


Lit is what one makes it. I tell myself, it's just another escape from the regular world. Some cool, funny and just all around badass people in here and their PMs make me giggle. I like to laugh and just have a good time.

Nowadays, I read everything new on the first page.

Many years ago, the first page was like a strong river filled with kayaks and white water rafts. You could be here for an hour or two and the time would fly. Near instant replies to posts. Lively discussions. High Grade Insults. Fit, friendly women.

Now it's more like a lazy tubing festival with a bunch of private inlets, a much more leisurely read. Except most of the inlet dwellers are like angry drunks.

Quality is down, especially among the attack trolls. And the women are mostly Karens with a raft of complaints to share.

More like a former soviet eastern bloc town now than say San Jose 1998.

It's a bit like reading your stale old local newspaper for the Obits.

Your posts are at their best when you're being sincere. The rest? Just the same tired old gag.
