I like the notion of an 'amble chest.'This from a WIP:
She did an exaggerated bump and grind as she walked past, arms linked under her amble chest as she did so.
Holding Amy's hand, I stepped into the warm water and sat down, hugging my knees. She joined me, her movements as graceful as always. The bath was quite full and, with the two of us in it, the water lapped just below her breasts. I so wished I had her breasts. She was only two sizes bigger than me, but their shape looked like it had been created by a master draftsman. Flowing arcs, swelling fullness, tipped with glass-cutter nipples. How do you, as an author, describe breasts?
Not necessarily. Cup sizes are relative, they give an approximate idea of proportion, not absolute size. The number (band size) is absolute, so your "tiny frame" FMC would likely be a 28 or 30, but she could be a C or D or higher if she has proportionally large breasts. An average size woman with the same size breasts would be a lower cup size. For example, a 30 D uses the same cup volume as a 36 A.She could be anywhere from a AA to presumably no bigger than a B (or we would be probably getting out of "tiny frame"" territory.)
Lol, as a long-time purchaser, I know how bra sizes work, thanks. But the structure of a 30D, how it looks and reacts to motion, is very different than a 36A. They simply fill the same volume. And the way I described my MC in that story would not have fit at all with a 30D.Not necessarily. Cup sizes are relative, they give an approximate idea of proportion, not absolute size.
