How do I put a picture in the description field?

I have seen profiles that have a picture (not the avatar) on their profiles page. Anyone know how they did it?

I bet it's a feature of an older version of the site design, and the field for it was removed when the new design for the Profile page was released.

So, maybe some people uploaded a picture there before it became impossible to do so.
