When you are signed in there is User CP just under Literotica Discussion Board.
In the CP upper section, Settings and Options, the lower section is Edit Profile Picture.
Go in there and follow the instructions.

There may be a blockage until you reach a certain number of posts, 100 I think.

Yep, you need 100 posts and then you’ll be able to follow the above instructions.

No, the profile part is/has been broken/taken offline for a while now. I suspect once they have the story side all sorted out with all it's new and updated pages that profile will be the one used forever after.
