If you are talking about an AV, you need to have 100 posts or more. The AV is where you name is on the side. If you are talking about how to have a picture in your message, when you post the message, scroll down and you will see a section on attached files. Click on that, it will ask where you picture is on your harddrive, you find it, then upload it. But it has to be a certain size. So you need to make sure you resize your pic to post.
