How do I make mailing labels in Microsoft Excel?

I tried merging the cells, but then it only leaves me with the name of the person and gets rid of the address.

I'm completely lost!
 
try making it with Microsoft word then?
or Access?

I'm not much ms-office export, but don't loose patience there are good computer experts here putting their advices soon
 
:)Well if you launch excel, then go under "Help" and type in mailing labels you will be on your way.
 
center stage:

1. do you have MS access? this usage lends itself much better to being database-driven than spreadsheet-driven. if you have multiple cells holding different data, merging the cells is definitely not the right method: i recommend avoiding that technique.

2. how is your data structured in your spreadsheet? is it name in cell a1, street in a2, city, state & ZIP in a3? or perhaps in a1, b1 and c1? maybe something else?

3. were you unable to use the mail merge wizard in MS word? because that works pretty well IMX.
