how do i get a picture to show up below my name?

How do you'll get the image below your name on the left side? Thanks in advace for the help.

You have to have 100 posts before you can add the picture which is an AV.

After you get your 100 posts you go into control panel, edit options, and you'll see the option to add an Avatar.
