How do I find an Editor?

I've tried for some time to find someone to look over my stories & give me some useful feedback. I'm OK with spelling, punctuation, grammar & the like, but what I feel I need is someone to help me with believability and appeal. I'm looking for (preferably) a female reviewer/editor, as I often like to write from a female perspective and would like to appeal more to a female audience.

I just need someone to read my final drafts before I submit them (about 1 story every 1-2 weeks) and give me a few pointers. Spotting or correcting typos as well would be great, but the main thing I need is a woman's viewpoint on characters, plot and overall appeal.

I write in both 'British' and American' English, as you'll see if you look at my stories (about a dozen submitted so far), and occasionally include little bits of French, Spanish or Italian. My submission so far are here: -

I'd be very happy to return the compliment and review your stories & give feedback, and/or to exchange & develop story ideas.

So - is anyone out there interested - purleeeease?

Thanks, snoopercharmbrights, and for your offer of assistance.

Any other takers out there - especially ladies?

Editor offer

Sorry, I'm not an official "volunteer editor", so I think that I shouldn't have posted here...

One day I'll learn how to use the Forum properly

Oh - and if anyone can tell me how to take the word 'virgin' out from under my signature and replace it with something else, I'd be grateful! I've tried everything I can find, so I must be missing something somewhere.

That most definitely does not matter. The official Volunteer Editor system is, if not exactly broken, very badly out of shape. All who wish to help others are welcome to contact people via this forum. If that isn't the "official truth" I'm sure LadyC will slap my wrist (again), but is definitely the "in practice" truth.

After a number of posts (I forget how many) it will change automatically to "Experienced", then after some more (again ?) to "Literotica Guru" and then after 1000 posts you can change it yourself. Incidentally you can add a custom avatar like my )? after, I think, 500 posts.
