how do i check if my story was submitted correctly

as the title suggests, i submitted a story about three weeks ago, and it has still not appeared, was there something i possibly did wrong.

i don't know if it would make a difference but i copied and pasted it from my documents rather than write it again properly, is that possibly why it has not appeared, any advise would be welcome....thanks

Do you still have the little 'pending' next to your submission?

If so then you just have to be patient. A couple of people have mentioned that submissions are taking a long time at the moment, so it may just be that there's a backlog of submissions.
