How do I alter a story I have already posted?

I have posted a story and now need to alter it. The name is wrong and I want to change some aspects of the story. Help!?

I have posted a story and now need to alter it. The name is wrong and I want to change some aspects of the story. Help!?

Resubmit the edited text of the story with "(EDIT)" in the title area. Eg, the title would be "My Story (EDIT)". And place a note in the notes section saying which story it's replacing.
