How do I add an avatar?

I can't figure out how to add an avatar to my name; also, I can't figure out how to add a photo.

100 posts is correct and I think I just made it.

Here on the BB side you after 100 posts, logout and log back in you will see a link to add an avatar.

Adding a photo to your profile, is also after 100 posts. I believe the link is active but there is a restriction in the submit code to check the number of posts.
