How do I access the old dashboard for my profile?

Right now I have a link to the really cool new user panel from here:

But how do I get to the old user panel? I must have deleted the old bookmark and now I can't figure it out.

At the bottom of the new one there is a link to the old one.

If you just need to get to your profile, then you can get there from the new control panel as well. It's under Options.

Is the old Dash board still accessable i can't seem to get to it to update my profile... im stuck lol

It's no longer available... use the new Author's dashboard.

In the current dashboard, go to Options. The graphic by the word is a cogwheel. This is where you edit your profile.
