How did you make someone smile today?

My personal goal is to make at least one person's day a little brighter whenever I can. No matter how small the deed may be it warms my heart to see others caring.

Today I gave my cookie from lunch to a co worker.

Gave a friend of mine (who has had a crush on me forever) a hug today. Sad circumstances, but it made him smile.

A girl at work was saying how she can't make ends meet this month and can't even fill a prescription. I gave her 80 bucks and said there get your medicine. I can't see anyone not getting the meds they need.

Trying to line up taking a couple of my older lady veterans out to dinner. Someone gave me a gift card and it would be a great special treat for them. One is 92 and the other in her 70s

I was on the pier and a family came with fishing gear. The kids were bugging their mom for a quarter so they could use those binocular things, but she didn't have one. I took a quarter out of my pocket and gave it to the older one (about 6). Loved the smile he gave me!
