Career

Guilfoyle graduated magna cum laude from the University of California, Davis, and received her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of San Francisco Law School in 1994. While in law school, she interned at the San Francisco district attorney's office. She also modeled for local department stores, including Macy's, and wore Victoria's Secret underwear in a bridal magazine.[3] After law school, she briefly worked as a prosecutor in San Francisco, but lost her job in 1996 when Terence Hallinan was elected District Attorney and fired 14 of the city's prosecutors.[4]

Guilfoyle then spent four years in Los Angeles as a Deputy District Attorney, working on adult and juvenile cases, including narcotics, domestic violence, kidnapping, robbery, arson, sexual assault and homicide cases. She received several awards at the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office, including Prosecutor of the Month.

In 2000, Guilfoyle was re-hired by Hallinan in the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office, where she served as an Assistant District Attorney from 2000 to 2004. While Assistant D.A., she and lead prosecutor James Hammer earned a conviction in the 2002 case People v. Noel and Knoller, a second-degree murder trial involving a dog mauling that received international attention.[5][6]

In January 2004, Guilfoyle moved to New York to host the program Both Sides on Court TV, as well as to take a job as a legal analyst on Anderson Cooper 360.

Guilfoyle joined Fox News Channel in February 2006, as host of the weekend show The Lineup. Fox re-launched the show with new music and graphics specifically as a vehicle for Guilfoyle. The Lineup was eventually canceled, but she remained a prominent on-the-air personality and on FoxNews.com Live. Guilfoyle appears also on The O'Reilly Factor's recurring segment "Is it Legal?" and as a weekly Thursday guest on Brian Kilmeade's Kilmeade and Friends radio show. She is currently one of the co-hosts of the series The Five.

The point is Busy is if she is so smart and educated what kind of vanity or gullibility would possess an intelligent woman from going on tv every day at dinnertime dressed as a whore.

She sells herself short. She does and has destroyed any credibility she has had or could have.

secondly, i must be looking at different pictures to you if what's she's wearing is considered dressing like a whore. the green dress, in particular, whilst short is otherwise quite demure.

the only thing 'trashy' is the way she's sitting in one of those shots - a position i wouldn't expect was shown by the camera angle coverage as aired to the audience.

the first picture looks about as 'trashy' as most tv women personalities - the amount of cleavage is about the network, same goes for the hair stylist and makeup artist responsible for her overall 'look'.

if there're constant upskirt shots, then blame the floor manager or whoever dictates from the control room which cameras take which shots to air

if the skirts are 'too short', it's up to the network to dress her more sedately. if she's behaving in an unladylike manner, phone/text the show and complain you don't like the way they present her or allow her to present herself.
