New Evidence Reveals Putin Is Destroying ISIS While Obama Is Helping Them

Ever wonder why the U.S. could not defeat ISIS? It was not ISIS’s invincibility, ISIS was defeated by women at the Battle of Kobani. It is because ISIS is needed to stay alive and well per U.S. political plans and now new evidence reveals that the U.S. was making mock attacks that were not targeting ISIS.

The story is told by Russian General Staff Andrey Kartapolov. He explains that photos of an area featuring bomb-destroyed buildings where there were no ISIS fighters. Who is doing these bombings and reporting “mission complete” as it appears is the U.S.?

Traces of airstrikes against household buildings have been found at the Syria-Jordan border, where Russian warplanes have performed no missions.

“You can see on these photos that there are no signs of military activity around these cottages, there are no military hardware, not even signs of military hardware. These are regular gardens and fields with buildings to keep farming tools,” he said.

“Why destroy these buildings? It looks like somebody’s pilots were just training their skills or dropped bombs to report to their command about completed mission,” Kartapolov answered adding ‘This territory has never been in the hands of the Islamic State”.

“We have spotted ruins of household buildings destroyed by bombing near the settlement of Kherbet Ghazala at the Syrian-Jordan border,” he told a briefing for foreign military attaches and journalists.

“Kherbet” is an Arabic word used for abandoned historic areas nearby that are usually uninhabited.

“Russian warplanes have never performed any missions there and, as far as we know, the Syrian aviation has not been used there either,” he stressed. “This territory has never been in the hands of the Islamic State. Moreover, this area has been controlled by the Free Syrian Army since 2013.”

And it even gets worse than that. Airstrikes of US-led coalition on civilian facilities in the Syrian territory lead to increasing refugee flows to the European Union, Kartapolov went on to say.

“Over the last two weeks, we have provided enough video materials confirming the precision of [Russian] airstrikes. Our jets deliver airstrikes at facilities located outside of settlements,” Kartapolov said.

“On October 11, near the settlement of Tel-Alam, the coalition’s jets destroyed by airstrikes a thermal power plant and transformer substation,” he added. As a result, hospitals and schools in Aleppo were left without electricity. Water pumping stations and sewage also stopped working which can be very harmful in the conditions of high temperatures.

“I think that it is unlikely that our partners did not know that the thermal power plant worked only eight hours per day. Airstrikes were delivered for several days, and on October 11, the power station was completely destroyed. One might get an impression that someone is deliberately destroying infrastructure in settlements, thus making the life of local population impossible. Because of that, civilians leave these settlements after losing living conditions and increase the refugee flow to Europe,” Kartapolov noted.

The charade is nothing new and it is not only the U.S. that wanted ISIS alive and well. Shoebat.com reported last July “Turkish warplanes directly began to target ISIS locations to all of the sudden, Turkey switched plans and opened a second front, not on ISIS, but against the PKK Kurdish rebel sites that were fighting ISIS.”

It was similar to what the U.S. was doing “The Turkish jets then hit shelters and storage facilities belonging to the PKK in seven areas in northern Iraq, including Mount Quandil where there are no ISIS and is where the PKK’s headquarters are located. Even the Turkish media outlets were more enthusiastic about the Turkish air force’s bombing the Kurdish militia than about bombing ISIS. “The camps of the PKK,” they excitedly reported, “have been covered with fire.”

All this unravelled two days after Obama spoke with Erodgan of Turkey by phoneregarding attacks on ISIS and the Kurds.

Then we had the story of Yousaf al Salafi, the Pakistan commander of ISIS confessing during investigations that he has been receiving funds through the United States.

On May 22nd we wrote “I can already predict, I can even guarantee it 100%, the U.S. will lose to ISIS because the current U.S. Administration and the mess in Syria and Iraq is now proven to be a foresight of fools.”

ISIS is useful for the U.S. as well as for Russia and Turkey even as far as Japan which has major use for ISIS where ISIS is the excuse for Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe’s re-interpretation of the Japanese constitution in regards to weapons allowing Japan to also play a stronger role in global affairs.

ISIS is useful for the U.S., as an excuse to remove Bashar and for Russia as a reason to defend Bashar and is why Putin bombs all the Islamists regardless. Both sides say they want to penetrate and destroy ISIS, but unlike the U.S., Russia does not believe in using condoms.

Sometimes the material just writes itself.

BB sources his material on how great the Russian army is from... the Russian army!

ahahahahahahahahahahahah

Anyone who takes a bite outtta BHO is A-Ok in your book. Right?

bahahahaha

I bet there's a Punjabi taxi cab driver getting ready to be quoted in a Tibetan blog that it's costing us $2 trillion a month ...for something.

I'll look forward to your thread about it.

You reckon Putin is winning. I'm not so sure. Obama's oil price policy plus the costs of this war is bankrupting Russia. So when the Russian economy reverts back to Soviet style autarky remember to give Obama the credit.:D

STFU, FOOL!

I think Russia's military is much better equipped and trained than we think because our intelligence services are not what they used to be.

Russia has been working on missile technology and their new Tank looks pretty badass. Our AF is probably better equipped but I'd wager our operational front line numbers are lower than they should be due to budget maintenance cuts.

Putin is consulting his magic 8 ball on ISIS strategy while Obama gave the redline drawing duties to uncle Joe.

I'm sitting here in Russia. I eat fresh vegetables and meat daily. I go to restraints. I bought a PS4 recently. And my income is about 15% above Russian AVERAGE (which is very very small).
As it is, I'm noticing no signs of any economic downfall that USA dreams about. Sure, prices went up because the dollar went up. But be real. 2008 was much harder, there was a feel of crisis in the air. Now? It's nothing.
And BTW Russian budget deficit this year will be around 3%. But that's to be expected in the current times. But it's nothing special, really. A lot of countries, including USA during the past years had a much larger deficit.
Like this, it'll take ages to bankrupt Russia, and that only if Russian government sits and does nothing. Which you shouldn't count upon.

US military strength is still very much higher than Russians. In both technology and numbers. Russia seriously started re-equipping and re-educating military about 8 years ago, and most of it is still stuck in 1980s (at least mentally). So I wouldn't say that Syrian successes are due to good army.

It's because USA did nothing, is what I think. USA managed to take over Iraq in a matter of a couple of months completely. They destroyed Egyptian military in a week, opening clear path to revolutionists. How come USA can't defeat ISIS? I'll never buy it. I say that they just didn't aim to defeat it in the first place.

The disloyal right is so fucking desperate to bad mouth their own President that they're even willing to stroke Putin long and hard to do so.

It should be shameful, but the far right has long since shown that they have no shame.

Putin is less picky about collateral damage, or he wants to get results. Pick one.

The U.S. has an economic interest in middle eastern countries dependent on the U.S. and all other countries being destabilized, in order to have greater control over the price of oil from the region.

Russia has always had an interest in stable political allies in the region, since they have less need of the region's oil and greater need of political allies.

Logically, one power would be expected to engage in actions that destabilize the region or form or maintain states dependent on them, while the other would be expected to seek stability in order to have reliable allies in a world where Russia is not the greatest power.

Obama has zero to do with this. Nor does Bush or Clinton. This trend has held true since World War II, under both Democrats and Republicans.

Are you not ashamed of yourself, were you asleep 2001-2008

What about this collateral damage? Oh yea, I forgot. US news show bombed civilian buildings and crying children covered in blood.
Somehow, Russian official press shows quite the opposite picture.

And the best part about it: none of us will know where is the truth. Lies can go both ways. US is very interested to cover Russia in Dirt - the whole Ukraine campaign shows it. On the other hand, Russian press may not tell the truth to keep peope happy. But you know? I've seen so many times over the past ten years that US was crying "wolf!" about Russia, so I don't believe USA one bit. Literally hundreds of facts were falsified already and lies was uncovered time and time again. That's just my take.

I know for definite that Syrian people do daily marches with Putin's and Asaad's portraits, yelling "Thank you Russia!". I wonder if any of that footage is shown on CNN? Or it's only crying children for you?
I wonder if there is any footage of Syrian people holding Obama's portraits? Because if there were, I'm sure whole USA would have seen it by now.

I hope that you are right but remember you said this in 12 months time. The fall in the rouble is immense and Russia's capacity to replace imported goods with home grown is limited. Its manufacturing sector is stuffed, having had no investment in years. The wealthy have robbed Russia of its capital, shipped it all offshore, ordinary Russians are in for a hard time.

Russia desperately needs an oil price increase, it's your only chance.

Actually the only imported goods that may suffer from autumn and winter are vegetables and other foods. But realistically we still import a lot of that. Just not from Europe. Most fruits are imported even in Summer (because Russia just cant grow them), vegetables we ether grow ourselves and stock up for winter or we still import them.

Remember that the embargo on the import is applied only to countries that sanctioned Russia. But that's mostly Europe. There are plenty of other sources of the same products.
And actually I think that sanctions were a very good thing for economy. We are having better meat now, for example, we started producing our own goods instead of buying everything. Russia's biggest problem these years was that we sell oil and don't produce ANYTHING. Now we finally started producing a lot of things. We started farming a lot too. That's actually very good for economy.
One thing that USA doesn't understand when they say that Russian economy will crumble - is that Russia is a very big and rich country. We have a lot of resource for self-sustaining, we don't actually need to trade with USA or Europe to survive and thrive. And when you think that there are a lot of other different countries to trade with.... Of course Russian economy was very western-oriented for a long time, that's why sanctions threw Russia back somewhat. But it's not like the world ends with Europe and USA. All the sanctions actually do more harm to Europe than to Russia. Because Russia can just turn 90 degrees and trade with China, for example.

It's still Russia...

Don't discount the Russki's. Stratagems change, technology advances, we've bet the farm on air power, looks like Russia chose missile technology. Missiles are cheaper to manufacture, faster than jets and they don't need pilots , so you can have many more.
