Much craziness here this weekend in South St Pete / Gulfport.
We have 3 days of Grand Prix Power Boat races happening.
They expect 30k to attend in a village where only we only have 12K living here full time.
At least it's sunny & warm so fun should be had by all.

Got my bee stuff in on Saturday. Been taking it 3 times a day and so far I can see a difference which is good. Glad I got it in caps. That stuff smells stinky

they must've gotten the propolis from skunk bees. The propolis we have doesn't stink but yes propolis is a strong antioxidant & will help repair damaged tissue. It is also a great anti inflammatory which will help in your healing.
