Sorry it took so long to reply. Usually, if you plug in "Ybor City" into the GPS, they take you Centro Ybor, which is right there by the carpark.

I'm not a Florida Native, and it's been about a year since I was here last, so still re-learning my way around, otherwise I'd be able to pinpoint exactly where I'm talking about. Sorry.

Still, shouldn't be too difficult. It's the only carport/park I know of, the rest are lots you pay for.

hey, im just kinda stragling in. im 23/m from NW florida. 850 area. i wont be in tampa for that meet and greet but if anyone heads to destin for the worlds whitest beaches you should let me know. i can show you around hopefully. after all it is a tourist trap and its spring break/ summer

Google Maps shows the "Ybor City" location as a spot between the Eastbound and Westbound lanes of Interstate 4 between NE 1st and 2nd Streets. There is nothing but a water feature on this spot.

Surely someone knows where this is supposed to be happening? Not everyone is going to just drive around aimlessly looking for a group of other lost motorists.
