Didn't Saya wear a schoolgirl uniform throughout that anime? Not vinyl-as-leather? And why would she as a vampire be wearing crosses around her neck? Assuming this cosplay character is supposed to be dead-on...and they usually are, down to the toenail polish.

I'm thinking it's somebody else, probably from a manga.
