Some like overly spicey foods. I don't. But then I guess you have to define 'overly', right?

I like enough to give the food flavor but not be overpowering. Mild Salsa for example. Can't do Pepper Jack cheese though.

BBQ sauces have to be mild also. More smokey than spicey.

Hot as hell, and then some.
I won a pallet of beer (40 cases) at the Fremantle Chilli Festival in 2007 by eating a ghost chilli.
Nearly killed me, but soooo worth the beerfest afterwards :D
(I think my sinuses and eyes stopped running a week later!)

I'm Mo' Asian persuasion myself.

I like Korean spicy. It's hot but it's not native Sri Lankan hot for example. That shit will burn your mouth, your tongue, and the car you parked in the motherfucking driveway.

I've a friend whose taste buds were shot off in the war and has since required hot spices on everything.

Jalapeño vanilla ice cream. Torquemado hot dogs. Inflammatory tapioca pudding.

It's tasteless if it don't burn. Squirt-on a little kerosene, thanks. Yum.
