I often get hard or hardish when I go.

Back when I was a callow lad, in my spiritual phase when I would abstain from fucking/masturbating for longish periods, I frequently exuded quite a lot of semen when I crapped. I guess a full prostate plus pressure from the lump passing by = discharge. I recall it felt quite nice.
