So me and my partner couldn't go out do what she wanted. The get drunk, party, kiss at midnight kinda things. As a bi racial couple life can be difficult on the normalist of days. Me being white her a Pakistani. Certain members of her family aren't so welcoming. Anyway this night I had to work. So being a hotel hosting new years parties for the local business's she decides why not get dressed up anyway and sit at the bar have a few cocktails and dances. Can celebrate the new year together at least. A few of my work colleagues that aren't working that night(lucky fuckers) are there too. Free beers and all that. Mrs sat at the bar little black dress looking stunning seems to be alone of course guys are going to say hello... how would go forward?

I've only taken over this job 2/3 months ago so nobody is aware this is my partner.

Well, you'd start with her at the bar most likely. One of the onlookers starts talking to her and she looks to you. You nod your approval and she starts to talk back, being nice but not overly flirtatious. He buys her a drink and you leave the bar area to do some task for your boss. You come back and they're still chatting happily, sitting closer together and you notice your wife is being flirty now. She spots you and again you nod or otherwise encourage it. He then asks her to dance and she accepts. It starts relatively tame but you see it start to escalate a little. You're again told to leave the area and when you come back it's almost midnight and they're all over each other, dancing dirtily, grinding, etc. She's so lost in it that when midnight comes, she's with the guy and he kisses her. You find you like the sight of it. She is certainly enjoying it.

Then that's where I think you have a few options. You mention interest in cuckolding, so to me the options are thus: either you directly give her permission, or you don't.

With the permission given option, she can subtly send you a text or something saying he wants to hang out somewhere more private and asks what you think. You obviously say yes and ask if you can watch. She says yes and given you're a hotel employee you have the master key. She then tells you what room they're going to and you follow. You quietly open the door and the rest is obvious

With the other option, she says nothing. They carry on flirting and maybe making out until he whispers something and blushes, looking at you but indicating nothing. She nods to him and they soon leave. It doesn't take an idiot to realise where they've gone. You check the register at the bar and locate his order. Thankfully he paid the bill to his room, so you have the number that way. You follow, slip into his suite and the rest is again obvious, though the wife doesn't know you're there.
