I prefer not to wear a bra - they're so constricting, but I also like to wear tops which show a bit of cleavage and my boobs are smallish so I need a bit of help to get some good cleavage. So if I have a top which shows cleavage I'll wear a bra, if there's no cleavage I go without. Except at work, my boss gets mad when I don't wear a bra. She's a bitch.

Same with panties, I hate the way they creep up my bum. I used to wear gstrings a lot cos there's less to get up my bum, but now I usually don't wear anything unless I must, or unless it's just for show in which case they probably won't stay on long anyway
