Missin' ya', dalrin'.
Bash
Ted-E-Bare said:She teases me whenever she's here, or I gaze at her AV.
Honey123 said:Hey, Bash...Miss you too....![]()
How's the new assistant? Teasing you anymore or is it vice versa???![]()

bashfull said:hah! like I could tease anyone! You flatter me, darlin'! And besides, I've got paperwork waiting here for her to come in releasing her.
Welcome back, darlin'. You've been missed.![]()

Honey123 said:Why are you releasing her? Did she stop wearing mid-driffs?![]()
bashfull said:Nah...she told me she didn't want to work hard (no pun!) but would be more than happy to take any business I wanted to pass her. As my sig says "Don't claim you want to play in my world then show fear...we call that dinner". She lost all my respect when she said that.
Honey123 said:Hmmm....You do work very hard tho. I always feared that you'd end up with a heart attack!!!
She is young, right? Maybe she thought her looks would get her farther than her work ethics?
Perhaps instead of firing her right off, you sit with her and discuss it more?
bashfull said:Sorry, hon. But when someone claims they want to be a producer and then tells me they don't want to work for it but, rather expect to be given the business, then I won't have anything else to do with that person...not from a professional standpoint. As for the workload, I don't expect anyone to work like I do but I do expect someone who is trying to build a business to pay their dues first couple of years. If she wanted to be an assistant, then she should have said that is what she wanted. But she wants the money, autonomy, and thrill of being a producer...but doesn't want to pay the price. So let her suffer in mediocracy.
Honey123 said:Well, only you would know since this is what you do for a living. I have no idea really as to what your job entails, although you did explain it to me, but you know me, my blonde roots go deep...
I do believe that if you want to succeed, you need to achieve it on your own, scraping from the bottom of barrel is the only way you appreciate what you attain in life, professionally and pesonally.
If you are handed things all the time, you don't appreciate the fact that you can really do it yourself...(and that's success in itself)
Well, I hope you find someone who can be exactly what you want them to be for you.
Honey123 said:Anyway, I'm out...I have company coming over tonight and I need to get to the store....
Have a great day, Bash...miss our telephone conversations ~ perhaps one day we can resume? I do believe my voice has gotten higher and more nasally...I know you liked that so....![]()
