Honest Al Gore

yeah, he kicked off his campaign a few days ago saying if he had to do it all over again, he would have kissed Tipper longer at the convention.

I though this was one of those things like Military Intelligence.

What do you call those, the name escapes me...

But seriously, he is trying to mend fences in Tennessee, which speaks volumes on its own!

He's a politician ergo he knows not how to be honest.

As for winning the next election - if his party are dumb enough to let the perennial loser stand again then he'll lose again. It's in his nature.

When asked about how Al Gore must feel after losing his own state in the 2000 election, James Carville replied, "Probably not as bad as George W. Bush feels after losing his own country by half a million votes."

Bush's Enrongate scandal may make him wish he had taken the loss like a man instead of cheating. The investigations are just starting.

Nixon came back in '68. Gore should lay low for 8 years and let the beard grow.

Nixon? And remember what happened to him!

Listened to part of his address to some people in Tennessee,Same old tired BS--------- Take from those who produce and give it to those who dont----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------See the new boss, same as the old boss----------------------------

I think some years with hillary would do good. The way things are handled now is fine when there is a great terrorism threat or war... But to address things like the failing economy, poverty, wellfare etc we'll need someone else than GWB.

Let Bush Run the country some more

I am sure He'll get a job for that poor Linda Lay. I can hear her now, speaking from Houston, Texas, about the U.S. budget in a few years with shrub at the helm:

"Other than the home we live in, everything else is for sale," she said. "We are fighting for liquidity. We don't want to go bankrupt."

Oh. That was last week.

I would like to see her run...

Latest polls show one in three Americans think favorably of her.

Latest internal Democratic polls show Americans turned off to the Liberal Platform of the Democratic Party.

I think it would result in a second Bush term, finally shut Hillary up, and force more marginal Democrats into the Green and Republican camps.

But which bootlick would want to be her vice-president! You know you would only be attending funerals and accepting blame...
