Jonathan Ross, recently suspended for 3 months by the BBC for some off-colour jokes directed at Fawlty Towers actor Andrew Sachs (Manuel), has been at it again.
What bugs me is that apparently Ross doesn't consider that comment homophobic. If he put his hands up and said whoopsie, my bad, that didn't come out right and I'm sorry then I might be able to shrug it off, but "The chat show host said on Twitter today: 'Am mortified to hear some people thought I was being homophobic on Radio show. Nothing could be further from truth, as I am sure most know.'"
Well... with comments like the above -- I'm sure I don't know.

Ross was involved in a light-hearted discussion about prizes in a competition themed around the fictional teen pop star when he joked: ‘If your son asks for a Hannah Montana MP3 player, you might want to already think about putting him down for adoption before he brings his...erm...partner home.’
A spokeswoman for Ofcom was unable to say how many people had complained but said: ‘We have had complaints. We are assessing those complaints against the broadcasting code.’
