So I have to take a moment and tell you how exceedingly happy I am about this side by side picture. Towards the end of November I decided to get back onto the fitness train. At that time I went back to weight training then on December 9th I decided to do a mix of weight training and cardio.
Best thing ever. My body LOVES this program and just about a month later I can see my body changing.
This last week has been a week of over indulging and I only worked out 3 times instead of 5 or 6 AND to top it all off it's the week that my period starts (I know tmi) so I'm bloated from all of that. When I woke up this morning I was kind of eh about my body so I drank my shake, worked out, made a healthy lunch and now here I am comparing my before and this months picture.
It's hard to see in this picture but my thighs have more muscle (even my husband noticed this!), when I wear my high heals my calf muscle shows, my tricep/bicep/shoulder is starting to show small signs of muscle, my breasts are more perky from the chest workouts and my back fat is starting to go down. I have one more week of this phase then I move onto the next one and I couldn't be more excited!!

Hope you work alone for the most part, cause the women must hate you and the men can't get anything done with you around. ;) :D

Your pink series is wonderful start till where you are currently in it :) I don't want to say last cuz more of you always brightens so many days but that first pose OMFG Yummy!
